I’m a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at UT Austin, co-advised by Prof. Aditya Akella and Prof. Daehyeok Kim at the UT Networked Systems (UTNS) lab. I am a member of the LDOS project, a collaborative research initiative at UT Austin focused on designing a new Learning-Directed Operating System.

My research focuses on machine learning for systems, with a recent emphasis on using generative models to synthesize data for systems. Currently, my work includes projects like Mimesys (OSDI ‘26), which uses diffusion-based models to generate executable testing environments, and TraceLLM (EMNLP ‘25), which leverages LLMs for synthetic microservice trace generation.

Previously, I earned my M.S. in Artificial Intelligence from Seoul National University, and my B.S. in Convergence IT Engineering from POSTECH.
